遇到以下這些情況,你可以先停下來想一想,換個方式說對方聽起來的感受會比較好喔!

1. | I don’t know. = I can find out for you. 我不知道、我不清楚 ➡ 我幫你問問看! |
2. | I am not in charge of this. = It’s okay. Let’s work on it together. 這不是我的工作範圍 ➡ 沒關係我可以一起想辦法! |
3. | I wasn’t informed. = I will do better next time. 沒有人通知我 ➡ 我下次會改進! |
4. | This is so complicated. = I will spend more time on it. 這好複雜 ➡ 我會多花時間研究。 |
5. | I am so stressed. = I’ve been very productive. 我的壓力好大!➡ 最近過得很充實。 |
6. | I am not used to working alone. = I can learn more when working individually. 我不習慣一個人作業 ➡ 一個人其實可以學得更多。 |
7. | It’s unfair. = It’s okay. Every opportunity is a learning opportunity. 這不公平!➡ 沒關係,每一次機會都是一種訓練! |

There are lots of things to pay close attention to in the workforce, especially one’s communication skills. This also comes with experience and training, as well as the ability to think on your feet. Surely, the phrases above are often heard in an office and just by conveying them in a more positive way, everything will definitely go more smoothly.
